Come over to ‘BRAZIL’ and help us!

Through the Age of Discoveries and overseas expansion that the Portuguese language began to spread across vast territories. Even after the end of the Portuguese Empire, the independence of Brazil in 1822, and the Portuguese decolonization revolution in Africa, the Portuguese language remained as the spoken language in Brazil and several African countries, which are now the republics of Angola, Cape Verde, Guinea-Bissau, Mozambique, and São Tomé and Príncipe, where Portuguese is the official language. It also reached Asia, where it is spoken in Macau, Goa, and Daman, besides Portugal.

In the case of Brazil, where Portuguese is  spoken as a native language by more than 200 million people, and despite being considered a Christian and evangelical country, it is supposed that there are still millions of people who have never heard the genuine gospel of Jesus Christ among the peoples of the Northeast, the riverside populations of the Amazon, among others. Therefore, the Portuguese language is essential as an evangelization tool to reach these people who cry out to God in the interior of Brazil. Portuguese speakers living in the unreached areas of Brazil form a huge target audience of people who have yet to be evangelized. Jesus said: "Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature."

My greatest DREAM is to spread the Word of God, thus blessing at least 1.000.000 (one million) people around the world, including the unreached yet!

I have been dreaming of the our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ's Dreams for the nations!

To achieve this, I have been creating this blog and some material as my contribution to assist those who speak English in preparing for missionary work in Brazil.

"If all the inhabitants of China were to jump off a chair to the ground at the same time, they could knock the Earth out of orbit!"

This statement was published in Reader's Digest Magazine some years ago and lead us us to reflect on the value of small individual gestures when amplified by group action. To move the Earth out of orbit, an immense task would only require the coordinated action of billions of people, each taking a small leap in faith. Following the same reasoning, we can say that to preach the gospel to all peoples, races, tribes, and nations, the sum of each small contribution is also very important, and together, we can impact the world with the preaching of the gospel!

in Christ,"
